    Certain logos, brands and representations available on our site may be protected by image rights by their respective owners and are subject to regulations. The customer acknowledges having the authorization of the beneficiary when using it once the item has been purchased. The customer acknowledges having previously read and accepted without reservation all the above-mentioned information and the general conditions of sale.
  • How to make a personalized order?
    Choose on our website the personalized item you want to order, as well as the quantity. Then fill in any fields requested for personalization and click on 'Add to cart'. For badges please complete the order form.
  • Are quotes and orders by facebook or by email   possible  ?
    Yes! the website offers an ordering platform to facilitate your choices and guide you as best as possible for the realization of your project. However, you can also contact us by Messenger or by email for a quote and an order.
  • What happens once the custom order is paid?
    Once the order has been placed and the payment made, a digital model will be sent to you by email in the following days. To validate the graphics, you just need to confirm to us by email that you have validated the project for the creation of your personalized order.
  • Can I make a group order for my team or my club?
    For a group order for your club or your team, we ask you to contact us directly by email to send you a tailor-made quote with a decreasing price in relation to the number of products to be produced.
  • Can I make a crest with a logo that I send to you?
    Yes whenever possible. The logo must be vectorial .ai .eps or .pdf and be sent by mail to 69 Custom with a logo creation request already created. A model will then be sent to you if it is feasible. We will then wait for your approval for the creation. Some logos need to be adapted around the edges for a cleaner cut. We always try to keep a correct appearance closest to the original.
  • Can I request modifications once the model has been received?
    You are not 100% satisfied with the model received. No problem tell us what modification to make to the design. Only minor modifications can be requested: modification of the font and possibly the color. A mascot can also be modified if it does not match your style. In order to make as few modifications as possible, we ask you to fill in the explanation fields of your project in detail in order to send you a model that best matches your initial idea.
  • What are the production and delivery times?
    In general, the creation and sending time is 4 to 5 working days upon receipt of payment and validation of the project. Delays may vary depending on demand. Each order is processed one after the other and carried out in order. A wait time may indeed be longer during festive periods or when demand is high.
  • Can I order a custom rug with a custom size?
    Yes! for this we ask you to kindly write to us by email in order to send you a tailor-made quote concerning your request. A model will then be sent to you and produced according to your criteria.
  • Why handcraft?
    In order to obtain a result that reflects your image, each patch is manufactured and sewn manually in the workshop. Craftsmanship allows a more noble approach to the product and quality customization.
